The order of selection
The order of selection and criticizing of the author scientific articles for their publication in the scientific-methodological journal “Visnyk of the LSAF”.
For providing the proper professional level of the publications in the journal “Visnyk of the LSAF” the editorial board carries out the consideration of the articles, their preparation to the publication and the edition of each numbers of the journal in such a sequence:
• the verification of the requirements observance to the registration of the article;
• previous consideration of the manuscript and its direction to criticizing to the members of the editorial board or the expert group;
• criticizing of the article (maximum term - 14 days) and, if there are some remarks, direction to the authors on a revision;
• forming of the next number of the journal from finished off and positively reviewed articles, its final approval by the editor-in-chief and the Scientific Board of the LSAF;
• editing and printing of the journal in the publishing house of LSAF.

The previous consideration of the manuscript of the article is carried out by the scientific or executive editor of the journal and, if there is a positive conclusion, and is passed to the anonymous criticizing one of members of editorial board, liable for certain scientific direction, or with his scientific direction, or with his recommendation to other specialist which is engaged in researches in this sphere, from a number the members of expert group of academy.
The expert group is formed from the scientific workers of the academy, the list of which is annually approved.
3. The expert group criticizes the scientific content of the manuscript of the article during 14 days and make the expert conclusion of the set form, which is passed for consideration to the managing editor of the journal.
4. If there is a positive expert conclusion and the manuscript of the article meets the requirements the editorial board makes a decision to include the publication into the next number of the journal. The author is informed about it.
6. The next number of the journal is formed from the criticized and checked articles. The number of the journal is signed to printing by the editor-in-chief at the decision of the Scientific Board.
